THE ORGANISERS,

1. The organiser of this is Icelolly Marketing Limited trading as icelolly.com, 1^st Floor, Park Row House, 19-20 Park Row, LEEDS LS1 5JF & Red Hot World Buffet.
2. The prize draw starts on 2nd April 2015 and finishes on the 6th May 2015 9pm.
3. One winner will be chosen using a random number generator from all valid entries within 3 working days of the relevant prize draw closing
4. The company will not sell or share your data with any other company. However for the prize winner only, we will pass your details on to our preferred holiday provider for the purposes of facilitating the prize on our behalf.
5. The prize winner will be responsible for ensuring that they have read, understood and accepted the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the accommodation provider, and hereby confirm that they consent to a transfer of their information to said airline and accommodation provider to the extent necessary for the fulfilment and delivery of the prize.
6. By voting, the winner accepts full and complete responsibility for their own safety and welfare at all times.

ENTRY CRITERIA

1. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and separate instructions for entry will form part of the terms and conditions.

2. Entry must be made by visiting a Red Hot World Buffet restaurant and purchasing a meal to receive an entry voucher. Entry will then be made via the competition page on icelolly.com.

1. Entrants must be a UK resident aged 18 and over as of or before the time of entering, who hold a valid British Passport, with the exception of employees and partners, icelolly.com or The Holiday Crew or any other person connected to this competition promotion.
2. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Use of a false name or email address will disqualify the selected entrant from receiving any prize.
3. icelolly.com reserves the right to ask any potential winner for documented proof of name and passport status.
4. No cash alternative will be available and all promotion prizes are non-transferrable and non-negotiable.

EXAMPLE DESTINATION: THE PRIZES:-
2 adults and 2 children – 7 nights – Majorca – 4 star – All Inclusive

The competition prize excludes:

• Any additional excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire and event beverages.
• Travel insurance, spending money and any other personal expenses.
• Travel to and from the hotel.

Other conditions:-

1. All elements of the prize are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
2. The prize winner will be notified by email or telephone call within 5 working days of the prize draw and travel details will be arranged thereafter.
3. The icelolly decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the competition prize winner and their guest.
5. The prize winner agrees to being featured in any icelolly.com & The Holiday Crew social media or promotion as deemed appropriate by icelolly.com
6. By accepting the prize, the winner and their guest accept full and complete responsibility for their own safety and welfare at all times.
7. icelolly.com or The Holiday Crew will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this competition or the use of the prize, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

8. From the date of being awarded the prize, the featured holiday has a 12 month completion window, however the holiday must be booked within the first consecutive 3 months or the prize will be withdrawn.
9. The prize excludes peak season including Bank Holidays, August Summer Season, Christmas and New Years and half term school holidays.

1. With the winner’s written authorisation, the winner’s names will be announced on icelolly.com’s and Red Hot World Buffets social media.
2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook
3. By entering this promotion you release Facebook from any action or claim arising out of the promotion.

£50 Voucher Terms & Conditions

The Holiday Crew is offering a £50 holiday voucher for customers of Red Hot World Buffet to redeem against a flight inclusive holiday, city break, fly cruise or cruise only booking, minimum duration 7 nights. Campaign runs from the 2nd April to 4th May 2015. Bookings need to be made by the 31st July 2015 for travel before the 30th April 2016. Booking Terms and Conditions

• All bookings must bring printed booking confirmation email as proof of reservation date.

• All bookings are allocated 90 minutes seating time except for the last seating.

• Your reservation is guaranteed for a late arrival for a maximum of 22 minutes.

• If you have an offer for Red Hot, unless otherwise stated, it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• Final numbers must be confirmed 24 hours prior to reservation date.

• We aim to have tables ready for time booked but in periods of extreme demand there may be a short delay.

• Tables may be allocated to different floors according to demand

“You may be sat in areas not next to or on the same floor as the buffet”.

• Discretionary service charge of 5% will be added for parties of 6 or more people.

• Your booking is not guaranteed until you have paid your deposit.

• Cancellation policy – 50% of your deposit will be refunded on bookings cancelled 7 days or more before the booking date. Deposits are non-refundable for bookings cancelled after this point.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern your use of the Red Hot Loyalty Card. Please take the time to read through and understand these terms before using your loyalty card. We also recommend keeping a copy of these terms for future reference, although please be advised that these terms may be updated from time to time. Your use of the Red Hot Loyalty Card will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Obtaining your Red Hot Loyalty Card and how to earn stamps.

• You can obtain a Red Hot Loyalty Card free of charge in any participating branch of Red Hot World Buffet (subject to availability). Your Red Hot Loyalty Card is issued by, and remains the property of Red Hot World Buffet. It may only be used as described in these terms and conditions. It is not a credit card and holds no monetary value.
• You can use your Red Hot Loyalty Card at any participating Red Hot World Buffet to earn stamps on qualifying spend and to earn rewards, as described in these terms.
• Stamps can be earned when the qualifying spend totals £10 on food and drink. One stamp will be earned for every £10 pound spent. The valid Red Hot Loyalty Card(s) must be presented at the time of purchase. Stamps may be distributed over numerous Red Hot Loyalty Cards if more than one is obtained. Certain items do not count towards the qualifying spend, including Red Hot Gift Vouchers.
• Stamps can be obtained in conjunction with other offers. Red Hot World Buffet reserves the right to decline stamps if a Red Hot Loyalty card is used with future offers and campaigns. Please check here for updates.

To register your Red Hot Loyalty Card

• To register, earn stamps and claim Red Hot Loyalty Card rewards you must be aged 14 years or over. Proof of age may be required before we issue or accept the registration of a Red Hot Loyalty Card.
• To register and redeem rewards, you are required to fill out your name, valid email address and date of birth on the Red Hot Loyalty Card.
• Stamps can be earned without registering your Red Hot Loyalty Card but rewards can only be claimed with a completed Red Hot Loyalty Card.

Earning and redeeming rewards

• The reward of one free adult meal to the value of £15.99 can be claimed when 8 stamps have been collected.
• The reward can be claimed at any participating Red Hot World Buffet Restaurant.
• You must present your Red Hot Loyalty Card to claim your reward.
• Collected stamps cannot be exchanged for cash. Stamps are personal to the individual Red Hot Loyalty Card holder and cannot be pooled with stamps earned by another individual and redeemed together. You cannot transfer your Red Hot stamps or Rewards to any other person.
• Not valid on Father’s Day, Mother’s day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Limitations of use of your Red hot Loyalty Card

• Red Hot Loyalty Cards may not be sold, exchanged or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these terms.
• Red Hot World Buffet reserves the right to refuse to accept a Red Hot Loyalty Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. Red Hot World Buffet may withdraw or cancel you Red Hot Loyalty Card or take any other action it may deem appropriate if it suspects fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use of your Red Hot Loyalty Card. The Red Hot Loyalty Card will become invalid once cancelled in such circumstances and you will not be able to redeem any rewards.

Red Hot World Buffet’s maximum liability and exclusion of warranties

• Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, Red Hot World Buffet’s maximum liability to you in relation to these Terms and your use of the Red Hot Loyalty Card shall not exceed the final balance of rewards held on your Red Hot Loyalty Card. Red Hot World Buffet shall not, in any case, be liable to you for matters which are beyond Red Hot World Buffet’s reasonable control.
• Red Hot World Buffet will endeavour to provide the services relating to your Red Hot Loyalty Card using reasonable skill and care. All other warranties, representations, conditions and terms, whether express or implied, written or oral, are hereby expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights.

Amendments of these terms and termination

• Red Hot World Buffet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time or withdraw the Red Hot Loyalty Card scheme on reasonable notice. Any such changes will be posted on “Loyalty page URL”

Your Privacy

• Red Hot World Buffet will not pass on your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Please note that your age will affect the type of communications which you will receive from Red Hot World Buffet. In particular, if you are aged below 16, you may receive limited marketing communications and will not be entered into any competitions relating to the Red Hot Loyalty Card.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms (together with the documents referred to in them) represents the entire agreement between you and Red Hot World Buffet in relation to your use of the Red Hot Loyalty Card. If any provision of these Terms shall be invalid or unenforceable, then all other provisions of the Terms shall remain valid and enforceable.
