Sushi Bar

Our talented Sushi chefs will prepare quality sushi for you, Nigiri (fresh fish on top of sticky rice) or Futomaki -which is where seaweed is wrapped around the rice with a choice of fish or avocado too. Perfect if you're unsure of sushi, try a few things and see which you prefer.

Red Hot’s fruit selection is often seasonal and our variety depends on market deliveries. We try our best to keep the selection exciting and fresh, please don’t be too disappointed if your favourite fruit isn’t available.

Whether it’s a curry from our Indian station, marinated lamb skewers from the Mongolian grill, Stir-fry from our Chinese section, or a perfect risotto from our Italian station, our 5* chefs cook whatever you like from our menu, right in front of you, we call these our ‘live stations’

Grill

At Red Hot, our grill chefs are on hand to cook your food fresh to order.

At the Burger Live Station, our burger chef will grill you tender beef burgers, amazing chicken wings, succulent sausages and much more, all cooked to your liking.

Or why not choose from a wide range of meat, vegetables and sauces ranging from piri piri to Jamaican jerk at the Mongolian Grill Live Station where our chef will cook your selection in only a few minutes.

Fancy a taste of the Orient? Then head to the Teppanyaki Grill where you can select from a wide range of meat, vegetables, noodles and rice and hand them to our grill chef who will cook them with authentic oriental sauces of your choice.

Bella Italia! If you have pasta on your mind then you have come to the right place. Our chefs freshly prepare pasta with all the traditional favourite sauces from Carbonara to Alfredo. Remember to save some space for some freshly made Risotto from our Live station.
